Day 1: Arrival – Volcanoes National Park #4 Days Rwanda gorilla and golden monkey trekking safari
Upon your arrival at Kigali international airport, you will be welcomed by a company representative of Mum and Dad Uganda Tour guide , after meeting he will brief you about the tour and later embark on a city tour to various sites in the city. You will visit the Gisozi genocide memorial site (located in northwest Kigali, Rwanda. It’s a place of remembrance and learning for the victims of the 1994 genocide against the Tuts), if time allows you will as well go and visit the local art and craft market among others. Day 2: Gorilla Trekking experience in Volcanoes National Park- Iby’iwacu Cultural village
Early morning breakfast report to the park headquarters to receive short briefings about gorilla trekking and also gets you allocated to the gorilla family before 7.00am. The topics covered during the briefing include the history of the park, Dian Fossey, gorilla groups, gorilla trekking rules and what to expect during the trek. Then at 8:00am you will start to hike into 
lead by the ranger guide hike deep into the forest to have a chance to meet the endangered gorillas in their natural habitat.The allocation of gorilla groups is based on age and overall physical fitness of trekker, so the guide will be in position to help help.
Gorilla trekking is unpredictable as meeting them depends on where they last spent their night from. After reaching the gorillas, u will spend an hour with them ounce they are met. While observing the gorilla family, listen to instructions from the Rangers and avoid doing things that might alert the primates. After a successful sighting descend back to the lodge for lunch. Day 3: Golden Monkey Tracking & transfer to Lake Kivu in Gisenyi- Swimming, canoeing, and Relaxation
Early morning breakfast and transfer to the pack headquarters to receive short briefings bout golden monkey trekking which another exciting activity is done in volcanoes national park. Golden Monkeys are endemic to the volcanic mountains of the Virunga Range and typically live in the bamboo vegetation zones near the base of the volcanoes.
An experienced guide will help you to search these apes in their natural setting, golden monkey doesn’t take so long like the 
chimp and mountain gorilla, trekking them can last about 3 hours and 1 hours is also allowed to stay with them.They are very cute and playful primates with golden coats
After gold monkey trekking, Retire back to the lodge for lunch and in the afternoon you will head out on a canoeing trip on the Twin Lakes – Bulera and Ruhondo, which are located at the base of the volcano Mount Muhabura. Day 4: Kigali city tour- Departure
After a hearty breakfast for this Rwanda Gorilla Trekking, at the lodge, check out of the park and make a transfer to Kigali In the interim you will go for a city tour and visit some of the places you may have missed on the first city tour like a pottery projects, markets, handicraft shops, and the national museum among others. Have lunch in the city and later drive to the airport to meet your departure flight back home.
