Clouds Mountain Gorilla Lodge is located in the southern part of Bwindi impenetrable forest National Park the most visited Uganda Park. It’s built just meters from the trailhead of Nkuringo gorilla family. The lodge has about 10 roomy cottages build from volcanic stones. Located in the mores quiet western section of the bwindi forest.

The lodge services both local and international foods. It has a bar which operates 24/7. The 10 cottages were built in the traditional colonial style. Using beautiful volcanic rock and other local materials. It has a verandas and fireplaces, large beds with crisp linens and sitting areas equipped with comfortable wing chairs.

Each cottage has an en-suite bathroom with hot water, oversized towels and bathrobes. The main reason for its construction was to protect the natural habitat of the mountain gorilla. And benefiting the community of Nkuringo and are said also to have a defined share in their entire project.
