    Day 1: Arrival at the Airport

    Upon arrival at Entebbe airport, you are welcomed by Mum and Dad Uganda Tours guide who will brief you about the whole safari and later transfer you to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

    Day 2: Transfer to Bwindi impenetrable forest national park

    You will straightaway be picked from your hotel/lodge in Kampala by our safari guide/ driver . And later drive you to south western part of Uganda to Bwindi impenetrable national park a home to giant gorillas. The journey will let you pass via beautiful sceneries and rolling hills. Additionally you will have two stopovers before reaching the park one at the Equator for an informative talks and also to buy some crafts and photograph. Another stopover will be in Mbarara for lunch and relaxation.

    3 Days Uganda Gorilla Trekking Safari

    Then continue to the magnificent forest with scenic drive through Kigezi Highlands [commonly referred as “the Switzerland of Uganda”] and eventually through the banana plantations arriving at the gorilla Sanctuary of Bwindi NP. Bwindi is specifically a big habitat for mountain gorillas in Uganda harboring over 350 of them, more reason as to why it should be your safari destination and other primate species reaching in the evening. Finally check into your booked accommodation, dinner and overnight.

    Day 3: Gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

    Firstly, after a cup of tea or coffee, the guide will then take you to the park headquarters for a short briefing about the dos and don’ts while with the gorillas and also get allocated to the gorilla group to trek.

    Secondly, Bwindi national park hosts the highest number of these gentle giants in the world almost a half of the remaining mountain gorillas live in this park.  Not only gorillas but also the park is a home to other species for example butterflies, plants, primates, mammals, butterflies, frogs, among others.

    Lastly, Gorilla trekking experience  depends on where they spent their last night from and once they are met you are strictly allowed only one hour with the gorillas. Then enjoy your packed lunch with these mystical creatures, in evening go for a short guided forest walk or Village walk to the Batwa community who will introduce to you their ways of living such as hunting skills, weave making skills, medical skills etc later. Later retire at the lodge in order to relax.

    Day 4: Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi

    Wake up leisurely for a hearty breakfast while still in the mood of reminiscing about the previous day’s gorilla experiences. After you will be driven to Lake Bunyonyi, the second deepest lake and a birders spot in Africa.

    During your transfer to Bunyonyi, you will be enjoying eye-catching landscapes such as the locally terraced interlocking hills where most locals carry out their farming, you will also enjoy the terraced hills named by the British great diplomat batwa Experience Churchill as the ”Switzerland of Africa”. Upon arrival, you could go canoeing on the lake and have lunch. After lunch you will go for a community walk where you will enjoy traditional dances from the Bakiga people, and batwa also buy yourself handicrafts from there. The evening will be reserved for relaxation. Dinner and overnight at;

    Day 5: Lake Bunyonyi – Transfer to Ankole cultural tour

    After breakfast, we will proceed to Lake Mburo national park Uganda’s smallest park and Closet Park to the capital city Kampala . start the journey to Ankole where we will be traveling to a rural homestead, to experience their traditional way of living. Participate in the milking process and car take will give you all the informative information you need to know.Enjoy the rolling hills in the countryside of the Ankole Kingdom.T lake Mburo  is home to a big number of Zebras, also impalas, oribis, buffaloes, warthogs, waterbucks and also over
    Zebras in Lake Mburo332 bird species made it their home. Note that the drive from Lake Bunyonyi to Lake Mburo will take about 4- 5 hours with lunch en-route. Additionally, the drive will enable you passing through stunning sceneries, farms, and plantations. If you still have energy you will go for an afternoon boat cruise along Lake Mburo, take enough photographs.

    Day 6: Traditional Homestead Experiences

    You will spend the night with a family in this community. You will arise very early in the morning before daybreak and join the herdsman with milking the long horned Ankole cows, this is done before the cows are set off for the day. After this experience of milking and learning the tradition surrounding milking cows, we return to the lodge for breakfast.

    We will take a short walk to the village visiting more homes and different stops for great views. Experience the lifestyle of these people, food, and other native habits. The trail leads through undulating hills that overlook the village.

    Day 7: Transfer back to Kampala

    After breakfast, we shall proceed to Kampala and do a city tour, visit some of the interesting places around including the Kasubi tombs, national museum, and Gadhafi mosque among others have lunch in the city and later in the evening, you will proceed to your hotel/lodge in Kampala dinner and an overnight stay at;
