This 5 Days Uganda gorilla trek and wildlife safari will take you to both bwindi impenetrable national park and Queen Elizabeth National , the tour will give you a chance to trek the endangered mountain gorillas in their natural habitat in bwindi and also takes you for a game drive and a boat cruise along the Kazinga channel in Queen Elizabeth national park. At the end of the gorilla trekking experience in Bwindi, visitors may embark on a cultural tour with the Batwa pygmies who live near the park, its a beautiful experience worth not to miss.

Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
5 Days Uganda Gorilla Trek and wildlife safari: Upon your arrival at the Entebbe International Airport, our representative from Mum and Dad Uganda Tours will meet and greet you. After he will brief you about the all safari, if you arrive late at night, he will drive you to your pre-booked accommodation in Entebbe or in Kampala. Or you kick off the road to Queen Elizabeth national park if you arrive early. The drive from Entebbe to Kampala takes you about 4-5 hours with en-route enjoy views of the green terrain vegetation, birds. we shall make a stop over at the Equator crossing for informative talks and later lunch break at Agip motel (Mbarara).
After lunch, proceed to the park, arriving in the late afternoon for relaxation at the lodge. If you still have energy, you will go for an evening Game Drive along the various tracks. Watching various wildlife animals wandering their natural habitat.

Day 2: Full day Queen Elizabeth national park, Game Drive and Boat Cruise
Early morning breakfast at the lodge and then after proceed with your guide/driver for a game drive in the park in the Kasenyi plains in search for leopards and lions and many other species of animals such as different species of antelopes, warthogs,elephants, buffaloes, Defassa waterbuck, bush buck and giant forest hogs and many species of birds among others. Drive along the various tracks watching wildlife animals. After the Game drive break off for lunch at the lodge.
Later you will you enjoy a boat cruise along the Kazinga channel. That connects two lakes Edward and George watching schools of Hippo and crocodiles underneath the waters as well as birds. After the Boat Cruise, return to the lodge for Dinner and Overnight.

Day 3: Transfer to bwindi national park# 5 Days Uganda Gorilla Trek and wildlife safari
After a breakfast at the lodge, you will embark on the transfer to Bwindi impenetrable forest national park passing via the famous Ishasha sector and extension of Queen Elizabeth national park. This sector is famously known for housing the rear tree climbing lions which can be spotted sited on fig trees or tree blanches. They are so breathtaking to watch. You will also have a chance to see other species of animals like elephants, bush pigs, leopard, and many bird species. Later you will proceed to Bwindi impenetrable national park a home to the endangered mountain gorillas.

Day 4: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Forest and Batwa experience
Wake up have breakfast then transfer to the Park headquarters for briefing on the Dos and Don’ts about the endangered Mountain Gorillas. Then in groups of 8 with a skilled park ranger transfer into the thick green forest to track the Mountain Gorillas . the trekking time is un predictable, since meeting them depends on where they last spent their night from, how ever the trek can last from 3-6 hours and when you meet them only an hour is allowed to stay in their presence taking numerous photos to keep for memories. retire back to the lodge after a successful experience, Meanwhile in the evening if time allows, you will go for batwa pygmy experience. And meet the batwa people who have lived in the area for over 500 years, learn their experience of hunting, farming and healing experience

Important to note while trekking on a 5 Days Uganda Wildlife Safari
- No flashlight camera is allowed when taking photos of gorillas and if your camera has, please turn it off
- Keep a distance of 7 meters at all times away from mountain gorillas
- Keep your voices low while on the trek but feel free to ask as many questions as possible
- Do not go for gorilla trekking if you are not feeling well
- Do not smoke, drink or eat in the presence of gorillas
- Keep within your group and never surround gorillas
- Only persons above 15 years are allowed to trek gorillas
- You have only an hour to have face to face encounter with gorillas
